Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We charge flat rate of $10 per order and you won't pay for shipping if your order is over $85 or more.
Expedite shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
KOA Market ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International shipping policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your package arrives, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If items are missing or damaged, customers have to take pictures of what you have received in the original condition (All items should be visible). Otherwise, there is no way that you will receive a refund or credit. Any damaged packages must be in the original condition in order for us to proceed with the claim with carrier service. We recommend keeping the damaged package in its condition up to 5 business days for investigation purposes. Failure to do so may result in no credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to E Thing, Inc 817 San Julian St STE 208 LA CA 90014
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, the refund will be credited back to the gift giver in the original method of payment. In this case, it would be best to return through the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the destination of delivery, please note the estimated time of delivery may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It will ensure helping you track and confirm the shipment delivery and if insured, damaged or lost packages will be covered.
You can cancel your order at anytime before we print shipping label at no cost.
